Publications Manager

Kavi Gupta Gallery is seeking a highly-motivated Publications Manager.

We are a fast-paced, ambitious contemporary art gallery with exceptional programming that is exhibited throughout our two museum-quality exhibition spaces. Being a part of the gallery team offers an opportunity to work with significant international artists, curators, and collectors.

Work includes producing and designing several books per year of varying length and sizes, as well as pamphlets and brochures, and other printed material. S/he would work with the gallery team and artists to help conceptualize publications such as monographic artist catalogues or exhibition brochures and then manage the process from start to finish, including: asking writers for essays, sourcing quotes from printers, requesting images from gallery staff or others, designing the publication, assisting with copy-editing, preparing files for print, getting shipping quotes and coordinating the shipping. The ability to maintain and help to keep others on the project schedule is necessary.

Salary commensurate with experience.
