Gingerella Green Home Cleaning Flexible Hours $15/hr + Tips

Gingerella Cleaning is hiring artists to join our team. Gingerella is a green and earth-friendly home/small office/small common area cleaning service. We are hiring for 15-30 hours a week with paid training. Team members work alone for most cleanings and are provided supplies and a client base. The position is ideal for artist interested in determining their own schedule and still have time to pursue their chosen art field.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • $15/hr +tips to start, with wage increase after 6 months
  • Paid training
  • No incredibly early start times, service hours end at 7pm or earlier.  We work with your schedule preferences. 
  • Servicing Logan Square and surrounding areas in Chicago (service area East of I94, North of Cermak, South of Touhy Ave).
  • Work with gentle environmentally friendly cleaning products
  • Dress comfortably/appropriately - no uniforms
  • Experience is not required

Skills & Qualifications: 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Valid drivers license and an insured vehicle capable of transporting cleaning supplies MUST HAVE A CAR
  • Must have a smart phone and be able to navigate the city
  • Must commit to at least 15 hours a week
  • Hardworking, reliable, friendly and positive attitude, comfortable around clients
  • Willing and able to work in homes that have pets (allergies can be a hindrance)
  • Must be conversant in English
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check if hired
  • Your commute should be no more than 30 minutes (must live within our service area East of I94, North of Cermak, South of Touhy Ave)
