Bottle & Bottega in Evanston Seeks Art Instructor

Are you an artist looking for a part-time job? Do you love hosting parties and meeting new people?  Bottle & Bottega could have the perfect position for you!

Bottle & Bottega is looking for local artists to instruct their work and the work of other artists at our public, private, corporate, kids and fundraising events. Events are held at our studio on Davis Street, as well as a variety of venues (bars, restaurants, event spaces, even people's homes).

B&B guests typically paint a 16x20 acrylic painting, along with other art forms, at our 2–3-hour events as they sip wine, beer or cocktails.

Our events typically take place weekdays from 6:30 – 9:30pm and at varying times on weekends. MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications: 
  • An excellent artist with an engaging personality. Our events are social and fun, so you must be comfortable speaking in front of a crowd and have an outgoing personality.
  • Individuals who are passionate and enthusiastic about art and able to teach people of all ages and skill levels.
  • Must be punctual, organized and professional.
  • Experience with acrylic painting a plus.
  • Having your own car is a plus.
  • MUST have availability during the weekends and also be available most weeknights from 5:30–9:30pm.
