General Summary: CAD seeks an enthusiastic arts administration and facilities intern to support our staff with the management and upkeep of galleries, studio spaces, and residency programs. This unpaid internship is a great opportunity for emerging administrators to gain experience in all aspects of the daily functioning of a small, non-profit arts organization inside of the historic Fountainhead Lofts Building in Pilsen.  This is an excellent opportunity for a talented college student or recent grad to build and develop skills essential to working in a museum or gallery. Duties may include but are not limited to 

  • Working with Resident Artists to help with physical space needs and gallery installations
  • Support organizing exhibitions calendar
  • Public event support for our monthly neighborhood art walks (2nd Fridays)
  • Help facilitate monthly meetings with artists in residence
  • Help facilitate private and public programming (i.e. workshops, exhibition programs, talks, etc)


  • Flexible 15hrs/month
  • Start Date ASAP
